Our story so far…
In 1987, DCS Multiserve started life as Dudley Contract Cleaners in a small rented unit in Dudley. Owned and operated by Michael O’Hara the company grew steadily throughout the 80’s and 90’s when in 2000, Mr O’Hara made his first acquisition of a Durham based cleaning company, which eventually lead DCS to move into their own purpose-built offices in Killingworth, prompting a name change to DCS Cleaning Network.
The change of its name and location was the first part of a strategic move undertaken by DCS Management, together with the implementation of Quality Assurance and Management Systems that would ensure the delivery of the highest quality of services to clients throughout the region.
With an ever expanding client database and with cleaning services as its core business, DCS were then able to offer the ancillary services that go hand in hand with cleaning, such as full Washroom Services, Feminine Hygiene, Window Cleaning, Consumables Supply and Grounds Maintenance.
The company grew further still in 2007, launching a chain of Café’s, Delis and restaurants under the Café Meo’s brand and expanding their service offering to become a full facilities-management company.
To reflect the comprehensive range of services on offer, the company was later rebranded as DCS Multiserve Ltd.
